Classroom PIA - Overview of the Model
Download a diagram of the form submission and review progression.
The model includes the use of MS forms and Power Automate. Reponses to questions in the forms trigger actions. The form results are displayed in Sharepoint lists and this is viewable by permissioned roles, and by workflow status, i.e. flagged, pending review, completed.
The questions in the form reflect legislative and district requirements. The district needs to determine how it will customize the workflow to match its context.
